" I think I have a dark view of the world. I have to make everything funny, otherwise it all seems so sad."
Moon Unit Zappa
So it's been way over a month since I've written and for that I apologize (not that anyone reads this but just in case someone does). I suppose that is for a few reasons. One i don't feel like it, two my blogs often consist of me rambling about how much my life sucks. Lately I'm been thinking about that a lot just how blessed my life is even if it is "sucky" compared to others.
I take the bus after work and night often and almost every night i do there is a homeless person sleeping under the tree by the bus stop. It really makes me think well i have a home. I am constantly thinking about these things. Yet, the selfishness inside me makes the thought just kinda drift to the back of my head and no action is ever taken.
Oh well, Just a quick thought that's on my mind.

oh Bums
I realized something the other day when I was walking from work to the bus stop. I relized that I am getting ask the same questions, being told the same stories and seeing the same homeless people in the same spots every day. Seattle has two things: some of the best homeless shelters and missions in the nation so go in fact that homeless come to Seattle just for the services; and no panhandling law. What is funny to me though is how one guy always says "I'm not asking for money i just want food"and another one says "my car got towed i just need $30 I can repay you later" yet i have heard the same stories day after day. That is what gets to me… I had a good convo with some friends about hope today and I think these people just have hope that someone else will provide for them. I am also sure a lot aren’t even homeless. This is what makes it hard for me to "do the right thing."
Just what is on my mind.
